Stop hating her for the littlest things.
The things she can't prevent,
The things she can't save herself from..

Stop demanding her to do things,
Things she can't accomplish,
Things she can't imagine being done...

Stop lying to her,
Telling her you love her,
Want her, need her...
When all you've ever done is make her want to

Stop hating her for the littlest things.
The things she can't prevent,
The things she can't save herself from...

When those little things you've done
Take her down...
The little things won't matter anymore.

Very nice job. i hope to see more stuff like this on deviant art it sends a good message out to everyone.

This poem describes what some people are going through everyday and it is beautiful when put into a poem. Bravo ;)

I feel like this sometimes, b/c someone I love more than anything in the world has a bad habit of speaking what she calls "truth". I call it criticisms. Thank you for writing this... I feel a little less alone.

This is beautiful...I know a lot of people, including myself, can relate to both the girl being tormented, and the one watching from the other side, unable to help.

Stay strong to you also! It's always good to look at the whole picture and not get so involved it the petty things in life. Remember, YOU are a beautiful person and have something to contribute to this world. Stay creative and "Make Gifts Not War". Imagine!
