I wear make up. Does that make me fake?
I cry. Does that make me emo?
I have male friends. Does that make me slutty?
I smile a lot. Does that make me weird?
I laugh loud. Does that make me preppy?
I have anxiety. Does that make me a freak?
I have Bipolar Disorder. Does that make me abnormal?
I respect people. I change for me, and only me. I have a past, but I know I have a future.
Does that make me different?
Maybe.
But at least it makes me
Me.
Another stereotype poem. xD Don't. Juuuudge.

I really like the poem. Is it a poem. I think I've heard something like this before, but this is different in that I felt it focused more on the stereotypes that surround a high school setting (mainly because I'm in high school). You might want to break up the longest stanza, because it doesn't look as neat when it's longer than the others. I like that you use straight forward vocabulary to get the point across, that you plainly state the message you are trying to say. This is a incredibly insightful piece. You did a really great job.

I honestly love this. It's very to the point, but at the same time dances around the subject so you have to think. The impact is very strong too, I'm one of those people who hates stereotypes, so this really touches my heart. The technique was very nice, and I enjoyed it. I'm not too informed about techniques really, but I can tell this is a great one. I would have given you more originality stars, it's just, you know, there's a lot of poems like this one out there, but this one really does stand out. Short and sweet, just how I like it. =) Thanks again for your wonderful writing, keep it up!

I'm going through all of these poems, and I can feel myself amost crying. They relate too much to me. Incredible job,  just like all the other ones. Why You're So Mean? No more crying

This poem sums up conclusions I've come to on my own recently.

The conclusion that the people who judge others the most are trying to prolong the lives they have now, because now are their golden years, and once now is over, they'll realize they have no future.

I feel bad for them.

Anyway, I love your poetry, and I can tell you're a beautiful person. Stay that way and keep up the beautiful work. ^_^

There is no such thing as weird; It's a human invention. I think people have a thought of weird because they haven't met anyone like that, yet everyone is unique. For once in their life they will realise that.

I too, honestly love this poem. It is very straightforward and honest, and to the point about stereotypes. It shows that everyone is unique; you can't put a label on a human being, because we are all different...which is a good thing. It's a wonderful thing, because it makes life so much more interesting. Good job! :D

I think the term "different" is a lie, because all the normal people have voices in their heads too and they think that by being a hypocrite towards the people who are not hypocrites that their problems will be solved. Really, they're what's screwing up society and there are too many of them.
